At Peace It's About Time, we believe that when you have the power to help—doing so is not just a good thing, it is the right thing. 

Our Volunteer Contribution Model

To maximize the impact of our statement, "It’s About Time for Peace in Ukraine"™ we provide our intellectual property (designs) as pro bono creative tools (donated professional services provided at no cost).

• FREE Designs: Charities are provided high-resolution designs at no cost.
• Professional Branding: By removing the expense of design and branding, we empower organizations to maximize their resources.
• Direct Impact: Every dollar saved allows more funding for both immediate aid and the long-term rebuilding of Ukraine.  

We authorize the use of these designs by verified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations for their fundraising campaigns exclusively on the Bonfire platform.  

To protect the integrity of the Peace It's About Time brand, our license agreement includes style guidelines regarding the types of high-quality apparel and goods our designs may be featured on. We provide a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to authorized nonprofits. The nonprofit remains the sole 'Seller of Record' and maintains absolute control over campaign settings, pricing, and promotion.

How We Support Ukraine:

• Proactive Outreach: We identify and reach out to a select number of IRS-recognized charities to authorize the use of our designs. (Please note: We are not currently accepting unsolicited requests).
• Verification for Trust: We exclusively partner with nonprofits that have successfully completed the rigorous Bonfire Nonprofit Verification process (which uses the official IRS database). This ensures contributions are handled with the highest level of transparency and that our partners receive the reduced processing fees.
• Operational Autonomy: Organizations maintain the full control of their fundraising efforts, managing everything from promotion to the final payout. These campaigns empower nonprofits to generate vital funding for both immediate humanitarian relief and the reconstruction of Ukraine.
• Zero-Cost Licensing:  Authorized partners sign an agreement to use our designs at no cost. We curate specific products for each partnership to ensure our designs are printed on premium materials.

The Role of Our Platforms

What is Bonfire? (Fundraising)

Bonfire is a platform designed to be a "Gathering Point." Just as people gather around a bonfire, this platform allows communities to rally around a shared cause. Peace It’s About Time is strictly a creative contributor; the nonprofit is the seller of record. We do not host campaigns, manage funds, or handle donations.

What is Zazzle? (Awareness & Commerce)

We have a separate commercial storefront on Zazzle for the 

sale of peace-themed products. These sales help spread our 

message of peace globally, but they are not part of a charitable 

fundraising campaign. These are strictly standard commercial transactions. 

No portion of a Zazzle purchase price is donated to a nonprofit, nor do Zazzle sales trigger or fund our charitable design donations. 

The commercial storefront and the nonprofit partnership model maintain a complete separation of funds and legal status.

Important Legal & Transparency Notices

• Commercial vs. Nonprofit: Purchases made on Zazzle are entirely independent and operationally distinct from the pro bono design authorizations we provide to nonprofits on Bonfire.
• Our Intellectual Property: The "It's About Time for Peace in Ukraine"™ statement and all associated designs are the protected intellectual property of Peace It’s About Time.
• No Direct Solicitation: Peace It’s About Time is not a Professional Fundraiser or Commercial Co-Venturer (CCV) as defined by law. We do not directly solicit donations, handle charitable funds, or receive any compensation—monetary or otherwise—based on the sales or donations generated by nonprofits using our pro bono designs.
